In 2011, Samur Carpets Company started the production of carpet tiles (50×50 cm) with PVC backing reinforced with fiberglass by the capacity of 2 million sqm per year. Samur Carpets still is the only manufacturer of carpet tiles in Turkey.
The carpet tile production line has the latest technology so the products are under warranty from 5 to 15 years.
It has been predicted that in the coming years, the sales of carpet tiles will accelerate in the hospitality market including hotels.
